The employer did not furnish the abatement required for citations issued within 10 calendar days for Citation No. 1 Item No(s). 1a and 1b nor did they respond to the progress report letter sent June 7, 2024.

Site- Employees exposed to a fall and scaffold tipping hazard while working from a triple stacked baker scaffold were not provided with scaffold training from the employer.
