29 CFR  1910.29(d)(1)(ii): When the employer used a designated area, the employer did not ensure  that the perimeter of the designated area is delineated with a warning line consisting of a rope, wire, tape, or chain that meets the requirements of paragraphs (d)(2) and (3) of this section.  On or about January 26, 2024, and at times prior to, at a commercial jobsite located at 2305 Airline Drive Houston, TX 77009, employer failed to ensure that the perimeter for designated area, of potential fall hazard at a loading dock of approximately 4 feet in height, was properly delineated with a warning line consisting of a rope, wire, tape, or chain.

29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i):29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  On or about January 26, 2024, and at times prior to, at a commercial jobsite located at 2305 Airline Drive Houston, TX 77009, employer failed to ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i).
