Line Stacker 2: On or about 01/26/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that the platform stairs used by employees did not have handrails along the open side.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9):   The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:  a.  Forklift shop: On or about 01/26/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were operating a Dayton Bench Grinder that did not have the tongue guard adjusted to one-fourth inch from the grinding wheel.
