29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):  The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed:  On or about January 29, 2024, employees were worked with hazards chemicals, including but not limited to, the EcoLab suite of chemicals, and the employer did not verify their workplace hazard assessment was performed through a written certification.  FORTITUDE HOSPITALITY GROUP LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1683310, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 18, 2023, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5450 27th STREET, MOLINE, ILLINOIS 61265.
