29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):  (a) 633 Nassau Street North Brunswick, NJ 08902;  A written plan was not developed & implemented a plan for communication of chemical hazards to the employee(s) who use them including container labels, safety data sheets (SDSs) and information & training of employee(s). Chemical products used and/or handled by employee(s) as part of flexible polyurethane foam production include Orinate-80, which contains Toluene Diisocyanate, which presents combustibility as well as skin and respiratory sensitizing & irritant hazard properties.
