OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to falling objects due to improper rigging:  a) On or about January 29, 2024, at 569 SW 2nd Street, Florida City, FL 33034, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, while pulling a main service electrical cable using a chain and pulley, anchored to a concrete wall with three Tapcon screws.
