29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1):  All traffic regulations shall be observed, including authorized plant speed limits. A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times.  On or about January 16, 2024, at an establishment located at 590 Enterprise Drive in Neenah, Wisconsin; a powered industrial operator did not maintain control at all times while operating the Raymond ACR, Model:  425-C400M, stand up forklift while maneuvering a turn between Racks 9 and 10 in the warehouse exposing the employee to caught in between hazards.
