29 CFR  1926.501(b)(14):Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening:  On or about February 2, 2024 the employer Maumee Bay Turf LLC at jobsite located at 600 Superior St. Rossford OH 43460, did not ensure employees were protected from falls, in that employees were exposed to falls through wall openings 15 feet and 10 inches from the second level to the ground below, while conducting construction framing activities and throwing trash and debris out windows of the commercial building.
