Northeast Industrial Manufacturing, Inc. on or about 2/2/24 and times prior thereto: Portable Multi-Purpose Dry Chemical Fire Extinguishers were distributed for use through the facility.  A fire extinguisher on forklift Clark FL 05 Serial Number P680D-0106-9852 was missing the zip-tie/tamper seal from around the pull-pin and the pin was pulled.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement

The portable fire extinguishers were in areas including but not limited to on forklift Clark FL 05 Serial Number P680D-0106-9852.
