29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a) Wine Storage Area in the Warehouse - On or about January 24, 2024, an employee doing inventory in the wine storage area was unable to open an exit route door due to the one door being locked and had no interior release, and the other door being closed without an interior release.  In the event of fire or other emergency, the employee would be exposed to caught-in and/or fire hazards.
