29 CFR  1910.178(m)(5)(iii): Powered industrial truck(s), with the operator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not have the load engaging means fully lowered, controls neutralized, and the brakes set to prevent movement:  a) On or about February 05, 2024 , the emergency brake was not set and the forks not fully lowered before exiting a Caterpillar telehandler model TL943C (S/N THH01659) and working approximately 15 feet away.  NOTE: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for this item.
