On or about: February 6, 2024 Location: 224 Broad Street Bloomfield NJ 07003 a) A JCB rough terrain forklift was used to raise employees within a wooden box with the hoisting boom fully raised as the outriggers remained unsecured above the third floor so employees could perform framing work.
