On or about February 6, 2024, at the back of the warehouse, east exit, near the generator, the emergency exit access route at the bottom of the exit stairs employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards.  b. On or about  February 6, 2024, at the east wall of the warehouse, QC packing area. Employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit  access was blocked with a worktable, wood pallets, metal bin, wood planks and  two blue plastic bins.
