29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.   a. On or about February 6, 2024, at the back of the warehouse, east exit, near the generator, the emergency exit access route at the bottom of the exit stairs employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards.  b. On or about  February 6, 2024, at the east wall of the warehouse, QC packing area. Employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit  access was blocked with a worktable, wood pallets, metal bin, wood planks and  two blue plastic bins.

29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a.  On or about February 6, 2024, at the south east wall employees were exposed to a fire hazard, in that the fire extinguisher indicator identifying the location of the fire extinguisher in the work shop was missing.

29 CFR  1910.157(e)(2): Portable extinguishers or hose used in lieu thereof under paragraph (d)(3) of this section shall be visually inspected monthly.  a.  On or about February 6, 2024, at the south east wall employees were exposed to a fire hazard, in that the fire extinguisher in the work shop was not visually inspected or a written document was not kept on a monthly basis, to ensure that it was in a good working order.
