29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about February 5th, 2024, employees of Southwest Fiber Guys at or near the intersection of Texas Ave and 14th St,  were pulling fiber optic  lines for a police station  from the basket of an extended aerial lift at a height of over 10 feet without fall protection.
