29 CFR  1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a) On or about February 07, 2024, the employer allowed an employee to operate a Vehicle Mounted Stamm Aerial Lift (model#UJI4321, serial# UJI32626) to trim trees, without enforcing the use of eye protection, exposing employees to eye or face hazards from flying particles.
