(a) On or about February 7, 2024, and at times prior, the employer, exposed its employees to slip ad trip hazards by not ensuring all places of employment such as the grooming room, hallways, and kitchen were kept clean and maintained in sanitary conditions. Such areas had clumps of dog hair on electrical outlets and cables, dog food on the floors, and water puddles throughout the grooming room and kitchen.
