Welding Area: On or about February 7, 2024 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to stainless steel welding, silicone bronze tig, victory alloy tig, Alcotec R5356 tig rods and Washington stainless AWS A5.9 welding rods, in that a written hazard communication program was not developed and implemented.
