29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a. Welding Area:  On or about February 7, 2024  and times prior, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to stainless steel welding, silicone bronze tig, victory alloy tig, Alcotec R5356 tig rods and Washington stainless AWS A5.9 welding rods, in that a written hazard communication program was not developed and implemented.

Welding area: On or about February 7, 2024  and times prior, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, stainless steel welding, silicone bronze tig, victory alloy tig, Alcotec R5356 tig rods and  Washington stainless AWS A5.9 welding rods, without providing effective information and training on these chemicals and substances as required by the standard.
