On or about February 01, 2024, employee working from the first tier of a supported scaffold applying stucco on a building was exposed to a fall hazard. The Scaffold platform was missing two planks, creating a gap of approximately 12 inches.   Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
