29 CFR  1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   (a)  Gym - On or about February 7, 2024, the employer did not furnish an eye wash station or an acceptable means of continuous eye flushing for at least 15 minutes, for employees who worked with a corrosive chemical such as: Quikrete Dry Packed Portland Cement.
