29 CFR 1926.1402(b): The equipment was assembled or used without ensuring that ground conditions are firm, drained, and graded to a sufficient extent so that, in conjunction (if necessary) with the use of supporting materials, the equipment manufacturer's specifications for adequate support and degree of level of the equipment are met.   a) On or about February 07, 2024, at 1370/1380 NE 111 Street, Miami FL, 33161, employees working on the ground and surrounding area installing electrical wooden pole, were exposed to crush-by and struck-by hazards from a crane collapse. The Liebherr LTM1100-4.2 Crane had been setup with the four outriggers on a ground that was not adequate to support it.
