29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(ii):Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges are under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) 500 Grand Boulevard  Miramar Beach FL. 32550: On or about February 7, 2024 and prior to; the employer allowed their employees to perform painting activities from a roof without wearing fall protection which exposed the employees to falls of over 25 feet to the ground below.
