One (1) Koetter fire extinguisher, model A411, last verification of service was in November 2016. d. One (1) Southern Supply fire extinguisher, model 8Y-2014, last verification of service was in September 2011. e. One (1) fire extinguisher used at the pump equipment area did not have annual maintenance check/ no verification of service tag.
