Ambassador Drive, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to possible eye injuries when they were observed using pneumatic nail guns at eye level and were not wearing any means of eye protection

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personnel fall arrest systems:  Worksite located at 10900 N. Ambassador Drive, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working near and on top of the parapet wall and were not wearing any means of fall protection while working on the parapet.
