29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1):  Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level shall be protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems:  a) On or about February 14, 2024, an employee performing work on the roof of a commercial structure was exposed to unprotected sides and edges in excess of 15 feet above a lower level and was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard.
