On or about February 14, 2024, at the kitchen: employees were exposed to amputation and laceration hazards, in that a transparent ring guard was not installed on the Semi Automatic Meat Slicer (Model PA0184/0050, V: 110/60Hz/150W/1400r/min) while cutting meat.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:   a) On or about February 14, 2024, at the kitchen: employees were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards, in that emergency exit sign was partially blocked with a pile of toilet paper located on a shelf.
