29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a) 475 Wilmington - West Chester Pike, Glen Mills, PA 19342: On or about 15 Feb. 2024, employees used extension cords to provide to the pallet jacks and lights in the trailers. The extension cords have been used daily for more than 5 months exposing employees to potential shock hazards.
