29 CFR  1910.36(b)(1):  Two exit routes.  At least two exit routes were not available in the workplace to permit prompt evacuation of employees and other building occupants during an emergency, except as allowed in paragraph (b)(3) of this section. The exit routes must be located as far away as practical from each other so that if one exit route is blocked by fire or smoke, employees can evacuate using the second exit route.  a)  6104 Buckery Road, Germansville, PA, Administrative area, Third floor - On or about February 16, 2024, employees were performing administrative work tasks on the third floor of a barn type structure.  The work area is constructed with only one egress route.  Employees are exposed to an entrapment hazard.

29 CFR  1910.36(d)(3): The employer's exit route doors lock from the inside and the establishment is not a mental, penal, or correctional facility.  a)  6104 Buckery Road, Germansville, PA, Workshop - On or about February 16, 2024, Three exit route doors are installed with hardware that includes a thumb-turn and deadbolt on the inside of the door.  The three doors are identified with an exit sign above each and all swing inward.  Employees are exposed to an entrapment hazard.
