29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a) Cure Press lines/A thru C line and D thru F line- On or about February 21, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure and certify that a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure was conducted for maintenance employees when they were engaged in activities such as, but not limited to, replacing and tightening of platen bolts for Cure Press machine.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: a) Chemical Storage Building - On or about February 21, 2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that each container of WCK00(W)/White with product number M201 that was used as marking ink for tread paint on tires, was labeled with the product identifier, words and symbols which provide general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals.
