29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(v):A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a)  At 8001 Lavelle Way, Super 8 Hotel, Pensacola, Florida:  On February 21, 2024; the employer failed to require and ensure employees working from a truck mounted elevated bucket was wearing a full body harness and tied off to the bucket to perform tree trimming activities exposing his employee to a fall hazard of up to 30 feet to the ground below.
