29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. In the tool crib, on the north wall, an extension cord was wrapped around a metal conduit used as permanent wiring to energize a table grinder exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
