29 CFR  1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:  A).	On or about 02/21/2024, at the site of 166-20 90th Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11432. Employees working on a rolling scaffold were exposed to impalement hazards. The employer did not ensure that the rebar was capped or bent.   Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
