29 CFR  1910.134(h)(1): Respirators were not cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of 29 CFR 1910.134 or equivalent procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer:  (a) Tin Technology & Refining, LLC located at 905 Fernhill Road, West Chester, PA 19380: On or about February 22, 2024, the employer did not ensure that respirators were cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of 29 CFR 1910.134 or equivalent procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer, provided such procedures were equivalent effectiveness. Lead dusts were detected within the employee's PAPR face shield.

(a) Tin Technology & Refining, LLC located at 905 Fernhill Road, West Chester, PA 19380: On or about February 22, 2024, the employer did not develop a list of hazardous chemicals used/stored in the facility, potentially exposing employees to hazardous chemicals in the event of a leak, spill. Employees used hazardous chemicals throughout the facility, including but not limited to tin, copper, and lead.
