OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to a drowning hazard:  Instance a) On or about 02/21/2024, at 623 Hollow Circle, Deerfield Beach, Florida, in the back yard of the residence, an employee operating a John Deere Z960M riding lawnmower was exposed to a drowning hazard.  Instance b) On or about 04/29/2024, at 623 Hollow Circle, Deerfield Beach, Florida, in the back yard of the residence, an employee operating a John Deere Z960M riding lawnmower was exposed to a drowning hazard.
