29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  (a) On or before February 22, 2024, there was no eyewash station within the work area for employees who add water to the power industrial vehicles' (PIVs) batteries, for exposure to corrosive materials.

(a) On or about February 22, 2024, the employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck as required through successful completion of training and evaluation.
