29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:   a. In the electrical switchboard room at main switchboard number 1 section number 3, located at 4660 POW-MIA Memorial Parkway, Suite 200, Jacksonville, FL: On or about February 16, 2024, the employer exposed employees to arc flash and electric shock hazards, in that the employer did not de-energize adjacent electric circuits with arc flash power levels in close proximity to parts, tools, and hand reach of the employees working on the switchboard.
