On or about February 21, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, the Makita JV0600 Jigsaw, that was provided by the employer and being used by an employee to cut flooring material had a damaged power cord, thereby exposing the employee to electrical hazards. b. On or about February 21, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, the Makita JV0600 Jigsaw in use by an employee, was observed being powered with a flexible cord that was visibly damaged, thereby exposing the employee to electrical hazards.
