29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about 2/6/2024, at Building 2200, 5410 Double Eagle Circle, Ave Maria, Florida, two employees were exposed to 9-foot fall hazard while working on the first floor of a multi-family residential building that was under construction and were within 3 feet of an open sided edge without conventional fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:   On or about 2/6/2024, at Building 2200, 5410 Double Eagle Circle, Ave Maria, Florida, two employees were exposed to an impalement hazard while working in close proximity of uncapped rebars on the first floor of a multi-family residential building.

29 CFR  1926.1431(a): The use of equipment to hoist employees is prohibited except where the employer demonstrates that the erection, use, and dismantling of conventional means of reaching the work area, such as a personnel hoist, ladder, stairway, aerial lift, elevating work platform, or scaffold, would be more hazardous, or is not possible because of the project's structural design or worksite conditions. This paragraph does not apply to work covered by subpart R (Steel Erection) of this part.   On or about 2/6/2024 and at times prior, at Building 2200, 5410 Double Eagle Circle, Ave Maria, Florida, an employee was exposed to a 9-foot fall hazard while standing on a precast concrete form being hoisted into position with a crane.
