Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.  a.)On or about February 26, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the 2-gang electrical receptacle box with knockouts on the sides, marked K8-20 located at the plastic wrap machine was installed and used for it's intended purpose in that the receptacle was used for plugging and unplugging  the wrapper machine was listed for built-in (to the wall) interior use only  and the bottom receptacle was pushed back to allow for the energized wires to be potentially exposed.
