On September 26, 2024, employees performing framing work utilized electrical cords with the outer sheathing split exposing internal wiring. The employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.  a) Makita skill saw power cord outer sheathing split exposing internal wiring, b) An extension cord used to energize the Makita skill saw outer sheathing split exposing internal wiring.
