29 CFR 1926.451(f)(12): Work on or from scaffolds was not prohibited during storms or high winds and a competent person did not determine that it was safe for employees to be on the scaffold:   (a) Family Dollar in Thorp, WI; On or about February 26, 2024, a Genie Personnel Lift/Aerial Work Platform (AWP) Model AWP-19 (Serial No. 3892-760) was used outside to elevate an employee during strong gusty winds which resulted in the lift tipping over and the employee seriously injured.
