OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to impalement hazards:   a. On or about February 20, 2024, at a jobsite located at 777 Frank Road, Columbus, OH 43223, employees were exposed to impalement hazards when working around concrete form work pins. The concrete pins were protruding out of the ground approximately six inches without protective covers, caps or other means of protection.
