29 CFR 1926.100(a):At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats. On or about February 27, 2024, one employee, without a wearing hard-hat, was passing cut 2x4s over his head to his coworkers that were working above him; exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard.
