29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 720 Eastview Terrace, Washington Township NJ: Employees engaged in siding activities on a 5 on 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet to the asphalt below as a means of fall protection was not being utilized. Condition observed on or about 03/04/2024.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):  Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed.  a) 720 Eastview Terrace, Washington Township NJ: Employees using a folded A-Frame ladder positioned on a roof for siding activities were exposed to ladder collapse hazards as the A frame ladder was not being utilized according to its intended purpose. Condition observed on or about 03/04/2024.
