29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Instance a.) On or about March 5, 2024, on the middle building located on the north side of the church complex, employees were performing roofing work activities from a roof that was more than six(6) feet to the ground below and were not in use of fall protection.  Instance b.) On or about March 5, 2024, on the north and south sides of the church roof with the steeple, employees of a subcontractor were performing roofing work activities from a roof that was more than six(6) feet to the ground below and were not in use of fall protection.
