Filter media shall be inspected to insure proper replacement.     a) Household Metals, Inc. located at 645 E. Erie Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- On or about March 6, 2024, the employer did not ensure spray booths had the required overspray filter media during spray painting activities, allowing flammable materials to enter the exhaust ducts, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.

Erie Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- On or about March 6, 2024, the employer did not provide effective training to employees engaged in painting operations.  Employees are exposed to chemicals including but not limited to the following:  - Dipropylene Glycol Dimethyl Ether, Amorphous Silica, 3-iodo-2-propynyl butylcarbamate as contained in Sherman Williams Polane F63TL500. - Hexamethylene Diisocyanate Polymer, Isophorone Diisocyanate Polymer, n-Butyl Acetate, Polyoxyethylene Tridecyl Ether Phosphate Dimethylcylohexylamin as contained in Sherman Williams Polane Catalyst V66VL6. - Titanium Dioxide, Barium Sulphate, Pyromellitic Acid, 1-o-Tolylbiguanide, 2-phenyl-2-imidazoline as contained in in Tiger Drylac Epoxy Based Powder Coating.   - Acetone, Carbon Dioxide, 2-Butoxyethanol as contained in 3M High Power Spray Gun Cleaner 26689. - Barium sulfate, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, Talc, Propanol, 3-butoxypropan-2-ol as contained in PPG AQUACRON MV870LC-HV.
