29 CFR  1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":   On or about March 6, 2024, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure exit doors were equipped with a serviceable "EXIT" sign exposing employees to entrapment hazards.  a) In the molder shop, the "EXIT" door did not have an exit sign above it, b) West side of building number 3, the exit door was missing the "EXIT" sign.

On or about March 6, 2024, and times prior thereto, west side of building number 3, electrical boxes were missing knock-out plugs exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.  a) A dual light switch/two-way electrical outlet box used to energize florescent lights and small portable tools missing knockouts, b) A disconnect electrical box was missing a knockout.
