School Ave, Sedan, KS, employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the aluminum straight ladder rails split the lower roof cap going to the upper roof eve and was resting on a leaf blower to get the proper angle for the ladder which was overly long for the distance needed to reach the upper roof.

School Ave, Sedan, KS, employees were exposed to fall hazards in that the aluminum straight ladder from the roof cap to the upper roof eve was resting on a leaf blower, not allowing the two rails of the ladder to rest equally on the roof edge and allowing the ladder to twist or turn during climbing.
