29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  (a)  2nd floor: On or about February 6, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that hardhats were not required while employees passed materials and other objects overhead such as plywood.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  (a)	Throughout the house: On or about February 6, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards due to flying objects, in that eye protection was not required for employees that operated nails guns.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge:  (a)  Living Room:  On or about February 6, 2024, the employer exposed an employee to a fall hazard, in that the open side of the stairway did not have a stair rail system. The staircase measured 10 feet 6 inches above concrete.
