29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4):  Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth of an inch:  (a) Bakery - Assembly area; During the month of February 2024, a Baldor Industrial Bench Grinder (Model: 7351,  S/N: W-1182) was utilized with a work rest that was not adjusted to within one-eighth of an inch from the abrasive wheel.
