29 CFR  1910.135(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee wears a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects.   On or about March 12, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while operating a skid steer with bucket in the air while two employees worked on each side of the skid steer bucket were not wearing hard hats.
